SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders throughout the United States. We’re not able to offer international delivery at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse network, typical transit time is 2 – 6 business days. Occasional delays (for example, peak-season volume or severe weather) can add a couple of extra days in transit.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes. As soon as a label is created, we email you a tracking link and add it to your order history so you can follow the package every step of the way.

What happens if my package can’t be delivered or I refuse delivery?
Undeliverable or refused parcels are returned to us. We’ll refund the product cost and retain the original shipping charge, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email furvity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with authorization and the return address. Please don’t send anything back without this confirmation—unauthorized returns can’t be processed.

Are any items non-returnable?
The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal-care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

Can I make an exchange?
The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want, then return the original for a refund once it’s accepted.


REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect and approve your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What if I haven’t seen the refund after 15 business days?
Please email furvity@gmail.com so we can assist.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


ORDER ISSUES

My item arrived damaged, incorrect, or something is missing—what should I do?
Contact us at furvity@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and attach a photo if possible. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
